Yesterday Ben and I took a trip down to Brisbane and caught up with the ever delightful Phil, who does wicked art, you might remember the ladybug artwork he drew for me when I broke my ankle! I scored an awesome new Viking artwork from him, which I'll have to remember to photograph, to show you guys. Anyway our evening started off with sushi train, continued on with street art, detoured to an art event called scribble slam and ended with a delicious slice of pizza (unfortunately not photographed!).
Brisbane might not hold the charm and coolness that some of the other states do but I think it has its own special magic :)
So cool! I love finding grafiti and art on the street!

lol, it definitely needs to step up it's multicultural element, perhaps that contributes to it's air of boring-ness - still I'll definitely have a soft spot the place :)
