Charlie Moreland

The other week our friends Kingy and Coral visited and we headed for a night of camping. It was awesome to get to discover somewhere new :)

The weather was a bit dismal although only inspiring me to come back on a super hot day - might be a tad more crowded then!

I made Kingy and Coral stand on the bank - I had to get that reflection shot of someone, too pretty not to!

  5. I'm completely blown away by the incredible reflection picture and all that green & nature around, beautiful!!! sigh! :) And the mushrooms, I am not very good with the names but I like to admire the shapes and colors. You took Gremlin! Was he happier with the car drive? How you discovered the new place?

    1. :) :) He did 100% on the car trip though the journey was only 20 minutes with very little turns. If the road is windy I think that's what makes him sick and he'd definitely need car sickness medication if we took him on such an adventure. I was listening to a radio program with a vet who said solving car sickness in animals is easy and they have some great medication available, so that sounded hopeful :)

    1. I was definitely thinking it had the potential to be crowded but I'd still go back in peak hot conditions just to go for a dip, looked super inviting! It's a really nice area to be allowed to camp in :)

  11. This place is SO beautiful!! Love the lake with huge trees surrounded. The skateboarding pictures got me nervous, especially that Ben was wearing flip flops!! He is a pro isn't he? :)
