Day 14 was recovering from the party and cleaning up - boo!
I have some random photos that I'm going to tuck onto this post, just so they have somewhere to live!
If you checked out my new home for my photo series you may of seen these guys in my 100 strangers project! I was planning on taking sooooo many photos of cool Melbourne peeps, but I chickened out and took pretty pictures of sidewalks, gardens and shop windows :p
For dinner we went to Yong's which I was a little scared of because it sounded super healthy but turned out to be one of my favourite meals from my trip :)
I ordered the faux kingfish platter which I gave a 9.5/10
Emaya got a curry which by all reports was super yum
And our entree of calamari mushrooms was sublime!
So next week I'm going to wrap up my Melbourne posts and hopefully I can keep up my blogging momentum and not fall off the face of the earth! *fingers crossed*
wish your melbourne pictures weren't coming to an end! :)
ReplyDeleteAll good things must or something cliched like that :P It's been really fun to blog them and relive them so I'm a little sad too!
DeleteYou are making me drool with all those yummy food pics!
ReplyDeleteI'm making myself drool too!
DeleteI love your 100 strangers project, exciting! it's been amazing looking at all of your Melbourne pictures too :)
ReplyDeleteThank-you!!
Deleteagreed! the 100 strangers project is such an inspiration and totally cool.
DeleteThe strangers portraits are so good and brave! Approaching strangers is so hard for me I try to make a shy sign if they agree to the pictures with a broad smile so they don't think I'm a freak, well...I'm kind of ;) but in a good way. Yummy meals and a mermaid sign that only true mermaids can peek ;) ;) good spot!
ReplyDeleteIt is so hard! I have found it slightly easier to say I'm doing a 100 strangers project but fear of rejection is still strong! I have some fun mermaid posts coming up *wink* :) :)
