On Saturday night I got to catch up with my friends and finally eat at Harajuku Gyoza in the city. I've tried to go before but as they dont take bookings it's a long wait to get a table! The secret is...go just on six! As one of my friends Mel said, food is average - great but it's the atmosphere that makes this place rock, lots of cheering (especially if you order sake!) and it really took me back to the izakaya's in Japan! *thumbs up*
If you go definitely order the chicken karaage! Yummo!
How cute is their dumpling logo by the way...eep!!
Ah such sadness we couldn't go! I've wanted to go there ever since jack told us they had someone in the gyoza mascot costume eep! But that may have been a one off, did u see any giant gyozas strolling around? :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos matey, looks like a great night! :) loves xx
That would of been amazing...unfortunately no cool costume gyoza man around! We'll have to go again! It was lots of fun :)

ReplyDeleteThis place looks AMAZZZING! My boyfriend and I love Japanese food and we are always on the lookout for awesome restaurants, I would love to have a place like this nearby!
ReplyDeleteYeah this place is an hour and a bit from our place so I too would like to have some cool food places closer! It's always fun to go out and eat yummo food and have a good time! :)
ReplyDeleteGah, their logo is so cute, haha! *squeeze cheeks*
ReplyDeletePersonally I don't think gyoza can get any cuter!!
