Three black and white photos I want to share with you today :)
Mr. crow from the botanical gardens - these photos are all film that I converted to black and white, you might remember seeing digital verions of them from other posts. I have this habit when I like a shot I take it both digitally and in film just in case the film shot doesn't turn out. Lately I've been trying to trust myself + film more not to have to do that :p
Mr Pelican, such nice light that day though any camera could of take a great shot :)
aw, so sad. but, beautiful in its own way.
ReplyDeleteI definitely find something beautiful there too :)
Deletegreat pics. I do want to work more in black & white. still avoiding film :) I really admire your versatility...
ReplyDeleteAh Thanks :) It's definitely a fun hobby for me, so it inspires me to try lots of new things!
Deleteaww poor bird! heartbreaking photo. but the one with the pelican is great. i love the shadows on that one!
ReplyDeleteyeah I'll still never know why they all died :(
DeleteI used to love shooting with colour process B&W film. You'd always get such surprising results.
ReplyDeleteThat is definitely one of the neat things about film hey :)
Deletestunning shot, somehow spooky with the dead bird. it is awesome that you saw the pelican!

ReplyDeleteDead birds are alluring to the eye in a somewhat morbid way,but i guess we are drown to things we don't fully understand...
