Day Four - Stanley

Since we'd made already such good time on our trip we decided to drive further NW to Stanley, home of The Nut, aka a flat mountain thingy. I'm glad we put this into our itinerary at the last minute as it was such a sweet perfect seaside town.

You can take the chairlift (though It wasn't open for the time of day we arrived) for a fee or choose the epic steep 10 minute walk. The walk is epic but doable for those wondering.

Love the Cemetery by the sea!

After Stanley we stopped in at Wynyard which has a cute lighthouse and in the flowering months promises huge tulip fields which I imagine would look amazing, since there are no tulips in winter I tried to be sneaky and stick some flowers into my shots! There was also a field of deers on our way their, all very cute and picturesque!

From Wynyard it was onto the incredibly sweet town of Penguin!
