Beach + Seaglass Roundup / 2

I love collecting seaglass, there's a line in this song that goes "do you believe that there's treasures in the ocean" and whenever I hear it I nod along happily. I think the sea is magical and I love that you can go there and find treasures. It's on par with op shopping for me :)

So many pretty colours :)

On the day from the collection above Ben and I found so many "Sea Portals" a name we've given to those spiral white shells! Ben suggested we explore the rock pools which is something I shy away from on my own but I'm super glad we did!

And on my last hunt I found another piece of bright blue! Woohoo it's not super smooth but as I always say, I'm willing to make exceptions for the rare pieces :p

Ben and I are off again tomorrow to the beach and I can't wait to see what treasures await for us!

  1. Ohhh, I haven't collected sea glass in so long! It's one of my favorite beach surprises, though, next to live hermit crabs. That bright blue piece is SO pretty, oh my goodness! I hope you find more of these gems during tomorrow's adventure. :)

  8. I totally put Angus & Julia (btw, they were one of our wedding songs!) as background to read your two last posts :) - and Juno likes it too, she jumped next to my side :) Your collections pictures always makes me smile so much (and that little blue one is an unexpected beauty singularity making it more special!)

    1. You should but don't be disheartened if you don't find any - they seem to only appear in certain spots - got to always be looking like a mad women :)
